Michael Kaintz (CEO)
Master Planner, Designer, Event Manager
With over 20 years of experience, Michael Kaintz brings his passion, experience, and heart into each event he curates for his clients. At a young age Michael started his journey to entrepreneurship while in High School as a Quinceañera dance instructor and coordinator. He soon then followed his dream and began a career in the hospitality industry and worked for major hotels including Marriott, Westin, and Los Verdes Golf Course in Rancho Palos Verdes. After many years, Michael decided to follow his heart and destiny and founded True Luxe Events where he could truly make an impact and truly use his talent in event design, management, and execusion. Michael’s favorite part of working an event is when after many months of planning, his clients walk into the room for the first time, and see their event come to life. When not working an event, Michael loves to spend time with his husband and family, having a great margarita by the beach, and binge watching the Bravo Channel. When you have Michael handling your event, you know that everything will be to perfection and you and your guests will have an unforgettable time.

Lead Coordinator
With over 3 years of experience and working with True Luxe Events, Ingrid’s attention to detail is important to her when working with all of her clients. Ingrid has always had a passion for events at a young age and enjoys every moment from start to finish. Her favorite part of a wedding is seeing the couple’s smile and become excited as they anxiously await to come out for their grand entrance. Her favorite hobby is traveling and listening to true crime podcast. When you have Ingrid handling your event, you can rest assured she will ensure everything runs smoothly.

Assistant Coordinator
With over 1 year of experience and working with True Luxe Events. Alexis has been a major support to not only her team members but also to our couples and clients. She is quick on her feet and is never afraid to roll up her sleeves to ensure things get done. Her favorite part of a wedding is watching the ceremony and seeing how much love our couples have for one another. When not working weddings, Alexis loves to find a good book and hang out at local coffee shops. Alexis will always ensure to bring her A-game to each event.

Taylor Haymore
Assistant Coordinator
With over 3 years of working with True Luxe Events, Taylor has always had a passion to take care of our clients and events. She enjoys providing exceptional service to ensure that everyone at an event is having a great time from our couple, to the guests. Her most favorite part of working a wedding or event is watching all the planning and details unfold along the day. When not working an event, Taylor’s favorite hobby is baking and decorating desserts! Like weddings and events it starts with nothing but a vision, strategy, and then putting everything together to get an absolute amazing product. In her free time, she enjoys spending the days with her family which consists of her grandmother, mother, and husband. They love to eat, go to the beach, and travel. Taylor is always focused on the little details as she believes it’s the little things in life that lead to the biggest joys.
